These paintings were popular as do-it yourself art back in the 1960s since they are pretty easy to replicate.
I made this one in Illustrator with period colors and since his designs are quite simple it was hard to not duplicate the layouts found in Stella's work.
His Geometric Variations has a fun op-art feel.
