Origami doesn't normally utilize glue and scissors but monsters make their own rules.
I was going to write the directions for making the bookmark base but it's an old pattern and Milomade has a very nice tutorial.
I made the base then glued on a fringed blue triangle for bangs. The bangs location determined where to place the free hand cut horns, eyes and fangs.
