Lutefisk Capital Madison Minnesota - MN Roadside Attraction Travel Poster
We recently attended the annual Lutefisk dinner at my Grandma's church. I can eat lutefisk but never cared for buttered fish gelatin. Lefse rocks with butter and sugar and the ladies make a mean meatball. I eat a bite of lutefisk every decade or so to keep in touch with my Norsk roots.
